• Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments of all the related documents and provide the related submissions for the tenders.
Duties and Essential Job Functions 1. Formulate, maintain, and monitor documentation processes in all projects being undertaken by the management and must see to it that all documents on file are complete and updated. 2. Coordinate closely with the Engineer upon the completion of a project for preparation, turnover and closure of project dossiers. 3. Distribute and maintain files and correspondence. 4. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date. 5. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation. 6. Coordinate training and related activities.
