Duties and Essential Job Functions • Analyze the Materials Specification accordingly with the descriptive, reference standard and essential factors considering to be suitable materials requirement of the project. • Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials. Also advising on planning and organizing maintenance and repairs. • Coordinates with Consultant / Contractor with regards to Material requirements • Prepare Material Submittal according to the material specification requirements. • Preparing and Review of Technical Submissions. • Preparing requisition of materials sample for client approval. • Review the quality of materials, ensuring compliance with the project specification and collaborate with department for all materials procurement. • Assist with departments to ensure knowledge of all specifications, standards and ensure compliance to all procedures and collaborates with supplier to maintain the quality of all system. • Manage to work all methods and maintain knowledge on standards and specification. • Coordinating with team, replying with all related inquiries. • Preparing Method Statement, OMM, and Prequalification. • Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending meetings, clarifying with all the specification and standards requirements for the project.
