Store Keeper

To ensure all required items are received, safely stored, monitored, and issued in a safe, accurate and timely manner.



Duties and Essential Job Functions 1. Responsible to maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing of raw materials. 2. Responsible of the custody of stocks available in the store. 3. To receive raw material as per standards/ specifications mentioned in the purchase requisition or purchase order. 4. To ensure congenial store environment and conditions. 5. Keep records of all raw material received status and issued to departments. 6. Review of balance purchase & issue records status with accounts department on monthly basis. 7. Keep the storeroom in organized, clean and safe or 5’S implementation. 8. Responsible for identifying and labeling all store items. 9. Maintain minimum inventory level of stocks under the guidance from the accounts department. 10. Make sure that reorder levels are being monitored and make reorder when there is appropriate time. 11. Provide guidance, offer solutions to below staff and motivate them. 12. Responsible for all administration tasks for smooth operations. 13. Implement effective internal controls to safeguard the stock needs. 14. Conduct internal stock controls and validate the physical quantity. 15. Attend trainings and seminars as and when required. 16. Monitor the performances of individuals and ensure that people perform as per the established standards.



3+ years of experience


Graduate of any four-year degree course preferably Business Management
